Hi and thank you for joining me, and taking the first step towards taking control of your health and your life.

I hope you have already gone through my introduction video so you understand what the goals are. If you haven’t, I suggest you watch that first. 

Here we are going to start taking the steps needed to achieve these goals.

Im going to keep this as short and simple for you as possible. 

My job here is to help you look and feel great while achieving your Ultimate Health and increasing your individual Brand Value as quickly, painlessly and efficiently as possible.

I am going to show you how you can increase the value of your Personal Brand by teaching you how to increase your energy and vitality, enhance your brain power, improve your memory, control your stress levels, improve your health, control your weight, eliminate skin disorders such as rash’s, acne, eczema, or psoriasis and minimize your risk of, or help you to take control and reverse heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and other medical conditions.

We are constantly bombarded with long-winded processes and systems to buy and try. There are endless specialists, methods and books out there full of unlimited details, which you could spend the rest of your life reading and trying and paying for with little or no lasting results. 

I am not here to try and impress you with a lot of big words and great detail, you can check the internet out for all that, my job is to step you through a process and ensure you see and feel change as quickly as possible but done in a way that is sustainable in your life while you save time and money. 

Remember: Take a photos of yourself on day 1– you’ll be thrilled with the body’s quick response… We want picture of yourself today, front, back and side view.

Ideally, what I really want for you to do and learn through this process is to get as educated as possible about yourself, your body and your environment. I really want you to understand the impact everything about you and around you has on your health, your happiness and your success, that’s what this 4 week program is all about. That way you, your health and your success will be in control.

Key 1. Nutrition

I have rated Nutrition as number 1 in my list of things to change because it has the greatest impact on how you feel every minute of every day. 

As I suggested earlier, be open to a new way of understanding how your body works and how your body interprets the foods you eat. 

So to make things easy for you, let’s Stop Counting Calories!  

‘Nutrient density’ is far more important than ‘caloric intake’ – 

Choosing the right foods results in greater energy, less cravings, and a clearer mind. As for ‘fat content,’ we should be much more concerned with non-fatty foods that end up deposited as fat because of consuming too much of them.

Your body will deposit any food as fat if you eat too much of it or combine it with the wrong things.

As backwards as it seems, your body won’t deposit ‘fat’ as fat, as long as you pair it with the right foods. On the other hand, there are certain foods you eat that get broken into sugars, which ultimately lead towards greater fat deposits and more weight gain which also causes you to have lower energy so you feel tired or sluggish.

So, for this first week lets plan to avoid sugar, especially any man made sugars and sweeteners, (there is a great article on my web site about sugars and sweeteners, I suggest you read it), and any kind of fast food or drink that comes pre packaged or pre made. 

A diet that emphasizes fresh homemade foods such as meat, fish, fowl, nuts, seeds, and colorful natural carbs, such as vegetables and fruits, is the first and most vital way to improve your mental, physical and emotional health, control your weight, and minimize risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and other diet-influenced medical conditions. 

If you are carrying excess body fat, it will disappear almost effortlessly when you focus on eating fresh, delicious, filling, nutritious foods that fuel your body rather than filling it with stuff that your body just stores.

So, get into your kitchen and overhaul your cupboards, get rid of all the sugary treats, all the pre packaged pre made stuff that has a bunch of ingredients that you can’t pronounce. You want to start eating fresh and clean foods from today.


Key 2. Your Environment

Clean Air and add Romance to the Air with Aromatherapy

First off, get house dust under control.

House dust gets into everything. As you move through your home, clean your home and even sitting down on your favorite chair it raises dust and puts it into the air, then your breath it in, creating all sorts of health issues. Dust aggravates allergies and it also contains more hazardous chemicals than you might think, including lead, fire retardants, pesticides, and other chemicals.

 ”You can’t afford to take lightly, even chemicals that were used decades ago that are still in your home. They can still accumulate in your house dust today.”

A great way to dust your home is to use a light cloth soaked in water with a little pure fresh lemon squeezed in. Really ring out the rag so it is just barely damp and give everything a good wipe down. Rinse the rag out regularly, as your going through your house. If you really want to see how much dust and dirt there is in your home, use a white rag.


How about cleaning your air?

You can also use Essential Oils to heal Your Home.

The indoor air in your home and office need of a good cleaning! You will find a drastic difference of your indoor air, and the way you feel when you walk into your home, without masking those stale, stuffy, lingering odors with more chemicals.

The combination of therapeutic-grade essential oils in different blends work synergistically to provide optimal benefits for not only dispelling bad smells but also in ridding indoor air of unwanted germs and bacteria. 

(Note, never use heat or burners, such as candle burners, light bulb rings and the such, to diffuse aromatherapy as this can destroy the healing properties the oil has. Buy yourself a proper diffuser. You will notice the difference right away.)

Ways to Use Purification Essential Oil to Freshen Indoor Air


•  Moisten a cotton ball with a few drops of Purification and place them around the house (out of reach of children and pets) in air vents, and near humidifiers. Also, put one of the cotton balls in the air vent of your car too – they can get smelly and stale too!

• Add a few drops of Purification to a spray bottle of distilled water – this is an ideal alternative to chemical-based air fresheners. Use this all-natural and pure air freshener to lightly spray carpets, upholstery, or spray directly into the air.

• In a diffuser, simply fill the diffuser with Purification oil, turn the diffuser on and enjoy! (Note: please do not use a heat diffuser as the heat fractures the beneficial molecules rendering the positive effects worthless.)


Ok, here is 1 last tip for a clean home;

Employ Green Cleaning Products

As the health and environmental impacts of conventional cleaning products become more thoroughly understood, more and more brands of healthy, green, and effective cleaning products have started hitting the market and competing for that coveted place of honor under your sink. Many of these products are non-toxic, biodegradable, and made from renewable resources (not petroleum). But if designer labels aren’t for you, home-mixed cleaners can get the job done and then some. Vinegar and baking soda can be used to clean almost anything. Mix in a little warm water with either of these and you’ve got yourself an all-purpose cleaner.

Key 3. Detox

 Different types of detoxification have been practiced in traditional societies worldwide for thousands of years. In the West the history goes back at least as far as Hippocrates, in ancient Greece. 

I suggests that everyone should detox at least twice a year, I myself do some sort of detox on a monthly bases. A short detoxifying program or whole body cleanse is generally safe if you are in pretty good health; in fact, there are a lot of scientific studies that show a detox is beneficial for health. 

Please do note: I do caution against detoxifying for pregnant or nursing mothers, children, and people with chronic diseases, cancer or other major illness. If you are dealing with a major illness, I suggest you contact me to discuss ways to eliminate it from your body. A custom program is what you require. Don’t fall into the trap of trying all kinds of different things on your own, there is a specific system to be followed, so please contact me and I can explain what and how this should be done for your specific situation.

For the rest of you, here is a great Liver flush detox program that you can make right at home this week.

First thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up, make and drink this;

–                 4 tablespoons of lemon juice or pineapple juice

–                 2 tablespoons of virgin, cold-pressed olive oil

–                 1 small clove of fresh garlic crushed, a small piece of ginger & a pinch of cayenne pepper

BLEND AND DRINK IMMEDIATELY.  NO EATING FOR 1 HOUR AFTER! This is the time to do your morning workout.

1 day this week I suggest you do a 1 day juice fast, Sundays are usually the best day to do this.

Here is a great one I suggest;

Green Drink Recipe:

• 2 fresh apples, cored

• 2 big handfuls of fresh spinach

• 1/2 cup of fresh chopped parsley

• 2 fresh celery sticks, chopped

• 1 thumbnail length of ginger root, peeled

• 1 lemon – juice only (use peel slice for zest) 

• 1 medium cucumber

• 1 scoop of pure organic hemp protein powder

• 1 scoop of pure organic wheatgrass powder

• 1 scoop of pure organic spirulina powder

• 1 tablespoon of organic hemp oil

• 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 

• ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or to your taste)

• add enough pure water to make it thin enough to drink and fill a 1.5 liter bottle.

Drink 3 of these bottles, 5 hours apart. 

Not only will you save a ton of money on your grocery bills but you will feel amazing!


Key 4. Exercise 

I am going to break this into 2 sections: on 2 separate video links, so after you have watched through to the end of this video, click on the exercise video that is right for you.

Key 5.  Mentoring and Coaching

This week I want you to get clear about your life.

Start a list of everything you want in your life, from fun stuff like a new car through to how you want your life to look. What is your relationship like? If you are in one now, what would it look and feel like if it was perfect? If you are not in a relationship now, get very clear on what the perfect one would look and feel like to you. What do you want your financial life to be like, business, friends, family, fun…? Write it all down so that you have an overall look of your life and how it should be.

Start a vision board. Find pictures of everything you want, from the shape of your body to the home you want… put it all on your vision board and stick it up on your wall so it’s the first and last thing you see every day.

Now, for this first week you don’t need to spend a bunch of time of this. Let’s just start with bullet points to get the overall big picture of where your life should be and what you want it to look like.  

Key 6. Healing

The very route to our wellness lies in our emotional and mental beliefs. Thinking really can kill you.

This week I want you to focus only on the positive. No matter what happens, what someone does or says to you, keep your mind focused on the positive of what you want, what your goal is, what you want to accomplish whether it be physically, mentally or financially. 

Get your goals clear in your mind and take whatever actions you need to, to keep them clear. It may be difficult to start with but just like anything new, the more you do it, the easier it becomes. 

So, the challenge is, think only positive thoughts, focus on what you want and where you’re going. If you slip into negativity, straight away, change it. If you need to walk away, do a dance, through your head back and look up with a big silly grin on your face, whatever you need to do to get positive again, do it. And keep moving towards your goals. Don’t let anyone take that away from you.
