Congratulations for finishing week 1 of your 4 Weeks To Re-Energize You Program.
I can see that so many of you have jumped right into this program with the goal of making massive change in your life and your body. Incredible!
Remember to keep a positive mind and your goals clear.
Keep things simple, follow my directions and just take one step at a time.
By the way, I am loving the videos and pictures some of you have already been sending in! Fantastic the results you can achieve in just 1 week, I am really proud of you guys!

So let’s get right into this week’s plan.
I want you to maintain everything you started last week and this week we will add a couple new things in.
Key 1. Nutrition
Last week you started making wiser food choices, right!?!
You may have gone through a couple rough days of headaches, tummy aches, moodiness, cravings and the such, which goes to show how addicted you are to all the stuff big business is cramming into your foods. Now that you have had the great will power and focus to clear your body and home of that crap, your foods are now fueling your body resulting in greater energy, less cravings, and a clearer mind.
A diet that emphasizes fresh homemade foods such as meat, fish, fowl, nuts, seeds, and colorful natural carbs, such as vegetables and fruits, is the first and most vital way to improve your mental, physical and emotional health, control your weight, and minimize risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and other diet-influenced medical conditions.
So this week we are going to rebalance your lepton levels. Here are 3 new rules for you to follow this week;
Rule #1: Eat only 3 meals per day, 5 hours apart. Breakfast is to be the largest meal with the most protein.
Ideally, try to eat every 5 hours. Not only will you feel less hungry but it will help boost your metabolism by constantly supplying your body with the adequate amount of “energy.”
No snacks are allowed at all. Finish your last meal of the day no later than 9pm, 8pm is the goal.
Rule#2: Consume enough high quality protein every day.
Protein (such as chicken) has a higher thermic effect than carbs and fat. What does it mean to you? Your body has to burn extra calories to break down your protein into smaller amino acids. Plus, it will keep you satisfied a lot longer compared to carbs. In addition, protein is needed to build and maintain lean muscle.
Rule#3: Consume 40 – 50 grams of fiber a day
Your carbohydrates should be mostly high fiber foods such as vegetables, fruit, and high fiber unrefined grains. Fiber in your food absorbs water causing it to expand in your stomach and therefore making you feel more satisfied for a longer time. In addition, high fiber food will also control your blood sugar level; therefore, allowing you to release more body fat.
Key 2. Your Environment
Keep doing your Aromatherapy in every room, in air filters, in the filter of your vacuum, on your pillow, in your bath, in the vents of your car and in your work place.
Go plant hunting!
Get at least 1 big plant in each room in your home.
Key 3. Detox
How did you enjoy your Liver flush last week?
Continue doing the Liver Detox for 1 more week.
Continue with the green drink fast 1 day this week.
If you wish, this week you can make a smaller portion of the green drink and have it with both your breakfast and lunch meals. Do not replace your meal with this but have it with it.
Drink at least 4 liters of pure water every day!
Sit it slowly all day, don’t guzzle.
Key 4. Exercise

Key 5. Mentoring and Coaching
I am excited to hear about your vision boards and your goals. How did it all go?
This week I want you to break it down one more level, get even more clear on each bullet point. More details, more information. I want to be able to ask you about a specific point on your board and you tell me everything about it so I can see, smell, hear and feel it just like you can. Put some effort into it and get it done.
I also want you to get yourself a journal. This will be a real book, not a computerized version. Before bed every night I want you to write down everything you need to do for the following day. I also want you to start a bullet point list of all your goals and dreams, from little ones, like your want to get a nice plant for your house to a big one, like you want a nice new house to put your plant into. Every day you are going to write in your journal how you plan on achieving your goals. You are going to ask yourself result oriented questions, such as “who do I need to meet in order to make the connection I need to achieve this next step?”. Ask yourself positive questions and you will receive positive answers.
Any time you have an idea pop into your mind that takes you towards your goals, write it in your journal.
Key 6. Healing
How did you do with positive thought process?

I want you to start drinking one cup of water with ½ lemon and 1 teaspoon of Vitamin C mixed into it, right before breakfast. You can also heat it and make a nice cup of tea with it.
