Hi and thank you for joining me again this final week of your 4 Weeks To Re-Energize You Program.
Congratulations! You have already gone through 3 full weeks of your 4 Weeks To Re-Energize You Program.
Remember to take a picture of yourself at the end of the week, front, back and side view and either share them with the group or at least please send them in to me. I would be grateful to have your day 1 and day 28 pictures and a few words about how your life changed in the last month.
Wow, what another amazing week!!
I am so excited with all the stories of progress and success. My mailbox is crammed full of amazing experiences and life changing events and great videos.
I love to hear from you, so please do keep all your great ideas, success and life changing stories, business growth experiences and food ideas and choices coming in.
So let’s get right into the start of week 4 plan.
Key 1. Nutrition.
Ok, so for the last 3 weeks you have been making wiser food choices, avoiding all pre-packaged and pre-made foods & fast foods, avoiding sugar, wheat and dairy and eating 3 fresh meals a day with no snacking in-between… and we rebalanced your lepton levels.
We have been doing just the green juice shake for 2 full days and we introduced a couple supplements. Have you looked up the Vitamin C and the MSM to see what all the benefits are?
I realize this has been a huge shift for a lot of you and a massive challenge as well, but the benefits you have been sending in, the excitement, the weight loss, the high energy, the clearing up of skin ailments, head-aches, tummy troubles and so many other things you have mentioned has all been worth it. The excitement in your voices and emails say it all. It is well worth the effort!
This week make sure you are sticking to the program as laid out for the last 3 weeks. You can go back to eating every day rather than replacing solid foods for the green drink, if you wish.
I myself do at least 1 day of just pure juice every week.
This week make sure you are also getting plenty of EFA’s (Essential Fatty Acids): Evening Primrose Oil, Fish Oils, Flax Seed Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Udo’s Oil, Borage Oil.
Oil must be cold expeller pressed and unfiltered to be effective. (Heat will destroy its beneficial properties, so don’t cook with them). Oils must be fresh. (It goes rancid very quickly and will not be edible, so put it in the refrigerator after opening). Liquid flax oil is better than capsules. One to two tablespoons of flax oil per 100 pounds of body weight is recommended.
Udo’s oil and pure hemp oil are my favorite. I put them in my shakes, on my salads and in a lot of different types of foods, like stir fries, but always after cooking. The only oil you should ever heat and cook with is rapeseed oil. Never heat any other oils as it destroys them and damages your foods.
This week you are going to have 1 cheat day.
Continue with the clean fresh foods every day this week except for 1 day.
For this week, one day of your choosing, you can have a naughty day, I suggest Saturday, go ahead, enjoy a pizza, burger, KFC, whatever nasty food you feel like having… enjoy your one day per week. Do not over eat too much, keep it to a minimum.
BUT, make sure you do this only 1 day this week, the rest of the week stick to the program.
But, here is what I want you to do. Pay very close attention to your body. How does your body react? How do you feel after eating certain foods? Do you get a headache, tummy trouble, anything negative at all I want you to write it down. Pay attention to how you and your body react and make notes about it and send me your results.
Key 2. Your Environment
How did you enjoy your cosmetic cleaning experience?
Have you noticed a difference in the smell and feel of your home, office and car?
Did you try my skin soothing trick?
Did you notice anything with your skin using my favorite mixture? Did you notice lines in your skin getting smoother, wrinkles around your eyes disappearing? Scars getting lighter?
A combination of the supplements, products and the skin mixture you have been taking for the last couple of weeks will make a huge difference to your skin, hair, finger-nails, eye sight and so much more. When you keep following this program you will notice how your skin is naturally shinier and healthier, your fingernails and hair will be stronger. Pay attention to how your body is changing and feeling, and send me your experiences and what you are noticing.
This week we will do 2 things to make a change to your environment;
1 ) Take a look at the bed your are sleeping on. What I want you to do it take a look at the label and find out who made your bed, what materials has it been made from, how old is it and then do a little research about off gassing. What is the chemical output of your bed? I want you to send me your information and give me details about where you are resting and rebuilding your body?
2) We are going to change your bedroom from an office to a relaxing, restful place to create a healthy body. I want you to make sure your bedroom is dark when you go to sleep. Ensure your have good blinds or curtains on the windows and your door can seal out any light. Your room must be completely dark when you turn out your lights.
Next, remove all electronics from your bedroom. No tv’s, computers, phones, iPads, games, radios or the such. No electronics at all, remove everything. If you must have an electric clock, move it as far away from the head of your bed as possible and make sure the lighting is turned down as low as possible and the light should not be blue or white, red is the preferred color.
Now, I know you love your gizmos and gadgets, but you don’t need to sleep with them. They will be OK away from your grasp for just a few short hours.
Your bed and bedroom is a place to rest, recharge and restore, not for work and electronics.
With regards to light bulbs in your room, you should have as few lights in your bedroom as possible and any light bulbs in your room should be LED as CFL bulbs are linked to so many problems including being directly linked to cancer.
I realize that the government is phasing-out incandescent light bulbs, and favors energy-efficient compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs, the problem is that CFL bulbs also emit high levels of ultraviolet radiation—specifically, UVC and UVA rays. In fact, the UV rays are so strong that they can actually burn skin and skin cells. Experts say the radiation could initiate cell death and cause skin cancer in its deadliest form—melanoma.
And, if you are ever exposed to a broken CFL bulb you will receive eight thousand times the recommended amount of mercury vapor!
Do a little research about what the pro’s are saying about the lights you are using in your home.
Here’s how your body and mind works and how lighting effects you:
Your circadian, (pron.: /sɜrˈkeɪdiən/), rhythm is controlled by your ‘master clock,’ the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN), located near the optic nerves. These nerves transmit information from the eyes to the brain, so your master clock is extraordinarily sensitive to changes in light. When it is dark out and your usual bedtime rolls around, the SCN tells your body to increase production of melatonin, the sleep chemical that is then released into the bloodstream. The blue light from electronic devices confuses your system by making it falsely believe it is daylight, halting the production of melatonin, and causing a night of tossing and turning for hours.
So, get rid of all CFL lights and electronics from your bedroom and notice the difference of how great you sleep.
Key 3. Detox
So last week we continued with the green drink and extended it to 2 full days of green drink only. How did you enjoy that experience?
Please continue with your emails and experiences as a few of you didn’t give me any details about this aspect of your program. I know there are a lot of changes going on in your body and your life and yes I know how exciting it all is but I also want you to make notes on all the areas we are working with so that you fully understand the connection and how one area of your life effects all the other areas. So, please write me and let me know what you experienced by avoiding food for 2 full days in the week and just having the green juice.
Here is what you’re going to do, get some pure, plain unsalted Pumpkin seeds and some pure organic Psyllium Husk powder. You can get both of these from most health food stores, grocery stores or on line.
Take and eat a small handful of the pumpkin seeds and put 1 rounded teaspoon of the Psyllium Husk in a small glass of water before each meal.
Key 4) Exercise

Key 5. Mentoring and Coaching
This has really been an exciting week. We have members who have made fantastic changes in their lives, their health and their businesses. We have some amazing success stories.
Getting clear about who you are and what you want is a very important key to achieving success in your life.
So last week you wrote down what you are the very best at doing.
What your natural talent is.
What do people tell you that you are amazing at, what you enjoy doing and makes you feel great when you do it.
You then started the process of systemizing that and figuring out what you do best and what you can get others to do the stuff you don’t want or don’t like to do.
I want you to continue with your vision board and your bullet point lists, getting deeper into the layers and the steps moving ever closer to your goals.
I want you to start to expand your imagination, to think big,
I want you to let go of any self doubt and imagine your goals to an extreme level. Make your goals so big that any problems or negative thought seems insignificant by comparison.
I want you to start writing down names of people you know, people you want to know and people you need to know.
You need to start thinking about different people who can help you to achieve what you want in each area of your life. Who can you take advice from and learn from? Who already does what you want to do or who has achieved what you want to achieve? Do some research on these people and get to know them. Don’t become a stocker, but study these people and understand what they did in order to get or do what they did.
And ask yourself result oriented questions….
Keep going with your journaling before bed. Make sure you are writing down action plans along with your daily tasks. You need to be very clear about what your duties are for each day and at least 3 things you are going to do during the week to move 1 more step closer to your big goal.
Key 6. Healing.
How are you doing with positive thought process?
I have already heard a lot of great stories about this area, it is really a topic of conversation.
If you haven’t already done so, please join into the community on the web site and tell me how this is going for you and what you are experiencing just because of changing the way you look at things.
This week I want you to add to this positive, result oriented questions. Whenever you get a negative thought or feeling, ask yourself a positive question, in a way that with result in a positive action that will change and improve the negative situation you were having.
When you do this, make a note of it and share it with me or the community. I love hearing about your experiences and I have had a lot of great comments from other members who are really benefiting from the sharing going on.
