As a Coach and Therapist I have been working for over 29 years side by side with medical doctors toward the same goal – to protect, help and provide clients with a choice and relief from pain, illness & diseases.

In order to be the best you can be, you need to feel great and function at a very high level. In order to function at a very high level, your body and mind need to be working at their best, and the core of this, just like a finely tuned car, is the fuel we put in to run it and how well we maintain it.

We understand that a sluggish body and brain, pain & illness is not from a single cause or disease, It is a large and complex family of issues, brought about by the choices we make every day, that affect virtually every organ and muscle in the body.
