Breakfast Juice:
One medium sized banana, two medium sized apples, one peeled orange a knob of ginger and 3 fluid ounces of water
Lunch Juice:
Two large stalks of celery, one medium apple, one table spoon olive oil, one handful of parsley, three leafs cabbage, one stalk of broccoli and 3 fluid ounces of water
Dinner Juice:
One pineapple, one half of a banana, three medium carrots, one half of a lemon, half a teaspoon of coconut sugar and 3 fluid ounces of water
