Breakfast Juice:
One cup of blueberries, one pineapple, two whole pears, one medium banana, 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 3 fluid ounces of water
Lunch Juice:
Two whole tomatoes, one pepper (not hot), 1/2 beetroot, three carrots, one half of a sweet potato, one half of an avocado and 3 fluid ounces of water
Dinner Juice:
Four spears asparagus, four medium carrots, one large stalk of celery, one medium apple, one table spoon of honey and 3 fluid ounces of water
