Two whole apples, one stalk of celery, one stalk of broccoli, 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 3 fluid ounces of water
Lunch Juice:
Two tomatoes, one onion, two cloves garlic, one avocado, handful of basil, 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 3 fluid ounces of water
Dinner Juice:
One watermelon wedge, one tomato, stalk of celery, one quarter of a lemon, handful of basil and 3 fluid ounces of water
