Breakfast Juice:
One medium sized banana, two medium sized apples, one peeled orange a knob (1-2 inches) of ginger and 3 fluid ounces of water
Lunch Juice:
Two tomatoes, one onion, two cloves garlic, one avocado, handful of basil, 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 3 fluid ounces of water
Dinner Juice:
One watermelon wedge, one tomato, stalk of celery, one quarter of a lemon, handful of basil and 3 fluid ounces of water

Tips:

Around 4-5 days after the start of the program it should be becoming easier to handle the hunger and pains, and the symptoms of detoxification should start to lessen, you will begin to feel a boost in energy as the toxins leave your body.
Do not be alarmed if you are still experiencing difficulties, adjusting to detoxification takes more time for some people.
