Breakfast Juice:
Three medium sized apples, one peeled lime (or lemon), one peeled kiwi, some mint, one teaspoon of maple syrup and some crushed ice (optional) and 2 fluid ounces of water
Lunch Juice:
Two large stalks of celery, one medium apple, one table spoon olive oil, one handful of parsley, three leafs cabbage, one stalk of broccoli and 3 fluid ounces of water
Dinner Juice:
Two cups of diced pumpkin, one half of a pineapple, one half of a lemon, teaspoon of cinnamon, two medium apples and 2 fluid ounces of water
