Breakfast Juice:
Two peeled oranges, one medium sized apple, one half of a peeled lemon, one half of a pineapple, one table spoon of honey, 1/3 teaspoon of salt and 3 fluid ounces of water
Lunch Juice:
Six spears asparagus, three medium carrots, three to four leafs red cabbage, 1/4 of a pineapple, one tablespoon of olive oil, pinch of salt, pinch of red cayenne pepper and a small pinch of black pepper and 3 fluid ounces of water
Dinner Juice:
Two cups of diced pumpkin, one half of a pineapple, one half of a lemon, teaspoon of cinnamon, two medium apples and 2 fluid ounces of water
