Week 1- Team Extreme

If you are a gym user and are ready to take your fitness to new levels then this is going to really turn you on. I will show you how my Professional sport athletes and Hollywood elite go from great to WOW! (but we are going to do it one step at a time) Don’t get anxious, just follow my lead.

This week all I want you to do is add one little thing into your daily life. Every day, for the next 7 days I want you to do 100 jumping push ups, or burpies as some people call them. (you can see the picture and watch the video of me doing it on the web site) 

I don’t care if you can do only 1 or you can do all 100 at one go. You have 24 hours in the day, do 100 before your day is over. Keep count of how many you do and by the end of every day make sure you have done 100 of them. No excuses, no reasons, just do it every day this week!

*If you have a physical aliment, which makes it literally impossible for you to do these, contact me and I will give you a special one to fit your needs. 

The rest of you, stop coming up with excuses or reasons, just do it! (I like to do these first thing in the morning when I first get out of bed, I also do them in between exercises sets or while walking through the park. Do them any time, any-where, just make sure you do them.
