So, you’re liking the yoga and the results. You’re pushing through the 200 jumping push ups every day. You’re getting out for your walk every morning and you’re seeing big changes in your body. Fantastic!
So along with your regular weekly exercise routine, I have added a couple new videos for you to add to your yoga routine, keep doing this every day, twice a day, plus I want you to cut your jumping push ups back to 3 days this week only. Keep doing 200 of them but only do 3 days this week. Keep up with your morning walking, every morning.
